Your use of Vansah Intelligence (Generative AI Solution) is subject to the terms of the End-User Terms of Use (“EUTU”) (the “Agreement”) as well as the following additional terms (the “AI Terms”). 

Definition of Vansah Intelligence

Vansah Intelligence encompasses any machine learning capability or functionality offered by Vansah, including, but not limited to, features explicitly identified as AI-powered. Unless specified otherwise in an Order, Vansah Intelligence is considered a Product and may be integrated into other Products. Your Data utilized in Vansah Intelligence consists of “Input,” which encompasses any prompt, data, text, or other input provided by you or any End User for processing by Vansah Intelligence, and “Output,” which refers to any output generated and returned to you or an End User, based on the Input.

Terms Applicable to Your Data

You maintain all rights, including intellectual property rights, to any Input or Output. By extent of your rights in Input or Output, you grant us a global, perpetual license to access, use, process, copy, distribute, perform, export, and display Input and Output to enhance Vansah Intelligence. You are required not to misrepresent that Output from Vansah Intelligence was human-generated, and you must direct End Users to comply with this directive.


You acknowledge that Output is generated by machine learning capabilities, and therefore, we do not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the Output. Due to the nature of Vansah Intelligence: 

(i) the Vansah  Service Level Agreement does not extend to Vansah Intelligence, 

(ii) Output may not be unique to you and your End Users, and 

(iii) Output does not reflect Vansah’s perspectives.

Third Party Providers

We employ technology provided by third-party service providers in Vansah Intelligence. By using Vansah Intelligence, including Input or Output, you agree to comply with the policies available here, which may be subject to periodic updates, and you must ensure that each of your End Users also adheres to these policies.

These test cases are comprehensive, including all necessary components such as Test Case Key, Summary, Description, Test Steps, and Priority, ensuring a thorough testing process without compromise on quality.

    • Integration with Jira: Vansah Intelligence is incorporated with Vansah Test Management for Jira, leveraging the robust data and capabilities within the Jira environment to streamline the Test Case generation process.

    Vansah Intelligence is an AI-powered solution for Jira Cloud, designed to streamline and enhance the Test Case generation process within Vansah Test Management for Jira. The solution leverages state-of-the-art models developed by OpenAI with the rich data and capabilities of Vansah Test Management For Jira.  

    Test Case Generation Process

    1. Users start by selecting a specific Jira issue within the Vansah Test Management for Jira interface.
    2. Once the Jira issue is selected, Vansah Intelligence reviews the Issue, which typically represents a requirement for the software being developed.
    3. Based on this review, Vansah Intelligence builds a sophisticated model prompt that encapsulates the essence of the requirement and the associated context.
    4. You will then be asked to select the required Test Case Type and Test Script to generate.
    5. After identifying the Test Case and Test Script Types, Vansah Intelligence proceeds to create up to 10 test case scenarios relevant to the selected Jira issue.
    6. Users are then presented with the generated Test Case scenarios and have the flexibility to select the specific Test Case or Cases that best align with their testing needs.
    7. Upon selection, Vansah Intelligence generates detailed Test Cases and Test Scripts that are directly linked to the original Jira issue.

Well-structured prompts have been engineered by Vansah Intelligence to ensure OpenAI understands the context and generates more precise outputs which can be used by Vansah Test Management for Jira.

    Does Vansah Intelligence send customer data to OpenAI’s platform to train its services?

    Only the selected Jira Issue Summary and Description will be used. Please note that this data is not utilized to refine or enhance OpenAI’s models or services. Each data request is transmitted to OpenAI individually through an SSL encrypted service for processing and subsequent return to Vansah.

    Does Vansah Intelligence use my data to serve other customers?

    No. The data you submit and the responses you receive are strictly utilized to enhance your individual experience. They are not employed for training models across multiple customers or shared among customers.

    Does the Vansah Privacy Policy apply to Vansah Intelligence?

    Our Privacy Policy covers all of our products and services, including Vansah Intelligence.

    Does the Vansah Terms of Service apply to Vansah Intelligence?

    Yes, Vansah Intelligence is covered by the Vansah Terms of Service, which includes specific terms for Vansah Intelligence, regulating its use.
